Richard Twinomujuni Provides Critical Patient Transport

Emergency Care Practitioner, Richard Twinomujuni, recently accompanied two critical trauma patients as they were transported to Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital. ECPs often monitor referred patients throughout their transport after stabilizing them in the Emergency Department at Karoli Lwanga Hospital. These patients are often the most critical patients that the ECPs care for. The ECPs’ dedication allows for the continuous provision of quality care until the patient can be further managed at a higher-level care center.
